International Customers:

Item(s) with an invoice value of less than AUD$100 will normally be sent by Airmail Post. Item(s) with an invoice value of greater than AUD$100 are sent by Registered International Post to ensure safe delivery and tracking. Please advise us if you DO NOT wish to have your item(s) sent to you via Registered International Post. Express Post International is available upon request.
Insurance:
For added peace mind, insurance cover is strongly recommended for item(s) with an invoice value of greater than AUD$200. Please request insurance should you require it and we will advise you with a quote of the charges.
Registered Post and Insurance are highly recommended for high value item(s). No liability accepted for loss, damage, or consequential loss for item(s) sent by Regular Post or Airmail Post.
Combined Postage & Handling Costs:
For multiple purchases, items can be combined to save on postage & handling costs. Please advise us when you have finished your shopping. We will send you a final invoice which reflects the postage & handling costs.
Left Handed Coins and Banknotes will deliver the product(s):
at the address for delivery provided by you in the Customer Details Form;
by way of the Shipping Method selected by you;
at the price that corresponds with the Shipping Method selected; and
within a time that is, at the discretion of Left Handed Coins and Banknotes, feasible.
PLEASE NOTE
Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the product(s) is deemed to be authorised to receive the product(s).
Property and risk in the product(s) passes to you upon delivery to the Delivery Address.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product(s) you have purchased, Left Handed Coins and Banknotes will exchange or issue a refund to you for the product(s), provided:
You return the product(s) in new condition with the original packaging attached and intact, and with all information Left Handed Coins and Banknotes will need in order to correctly exchange the product(s) or Refund the Payment to you (including invoice number, name, address, and your requirements);
Within either:
(i) fourteen (14) days from the date the Agreement is made, if the Delivery Address is inside Australia
(ii) Sixty (60) days from the date the Agreement is made, if the Delivery Address is outside Australia; or
The Shipping Price is not refundable.
A replacement product(s) with respect to an exchange will be delivered to you by way of:
registered post, if the Delivery Address is inside Australia; or
airmail, if the Delivery Address is outside Australia; or
Courier, if requested by you (but will incur an extra charge for shipping, being the difference between the cost for shipping by courier and the cost for shipping by air mail).
