The fifth release from the Mint's Fire Engines of the World Series, this coin depicts a 1923 Loschfahrzeug LF 15 Fire Engine. Made by C.D. Magirus Corp, the LF 15 was originally used by the fire department at Siemens. Acquired later by the Berlin Fire Department where it is now preserved, the appliance carried nine firemen and a driver, and could deliver 1,500 litres of water per minute.
